Lauren

After getting her first tattoo at 18, Lauren knew this was the path she wanted to pursue. Her apprenticeship started in 2016, following her time studying fine art and graphics at college. Using the knowledge she obtained through her studies, Lauren has crafted a style based in blackwork, with a particular focus on illustrative and ornamental designs. 

 

Her early inspiration comes from shows like Miami Ink and artists such as Kat Von D, which, like many of us, helped shape her passion for the industry. 

 

Laurens preferred design process sees her working closely with her clients by discussing the overall vibe of a piece and using reference images to bring their ideas to life in a way that feels personal and considerate. For Lauren, tattooing is deeply rooted in both her family values and creativity, and she finds the most fulfillment in creating meaningful artwork that makes people genuinely happy.
